Wood
Wood fences offer the natural beauty of wood with the benefit of its sturdy construction.
Pros: With the ability to endure the harshest of weather, wood fences provide many years of function and beauty, and you can choose a variety of styles from privacy to picket.
Cons: Even treated wood can wear over time from harsh weather conditions. There's also a possibility of warping or rotting if the wood is not installed and treated properly.
Maintenance: Wood fences do need regular maintenance, including staining or painting. A protective finish will minimize the effects of weather.

Vinyl (not plastic)

Cons: The vinyl materials does expand and contract with the weather, and this can cause it to become more brittle over time. The initial cost is also higher.

Ornamental Iron
Iron fencing is a stylish way to upgrade your exterior with its wide range of designs and nice finish.
