Beloved for its portability (hello, carpool line and waiting room!) and the seemingly endless design options, needlepoint has come a long way from your granny’s rocker. Colorful pillows, eye-catching eyeglass holders, and just about any type of wall art you could want (from cheeky sayings to beloved baubles to vacay destinations) can all be personalized to your color and taste preferences. Not sure where to start? Visit a local stitch shop to inquire about lessons or find a needlepoint group to try your hand at the craft.
