BIGGER IS BETTER: Little Rock designer Sha Davari recently moved her store, Art of Design, in Capital Park’s Design District (in front of Cajun’s Wharf) into a larger, air-conditioned showroom within the same complex. “I wanted more space, and now I can carry a lot more of everything,” Davari says of the update. “I’m so excited that I can display my things in vignettes. I finally have room to display merchandise in a way that helps people say, ‘Oh, this and this could all go together.” Davari’s store showcases a range of styles, from traditional to contemporary with transitional pieces that fall in between the two. “We can work with a lot of different styles, needs, and price points,” she adds.
