Happy December! The holidays are prime cooking time, so we at At Home will be sharing our favorite recipes to make over the next few weeks. Here’s our first two.
From account executive Emilie Head:

My favorite holiday recipe is pecan pie. It is a family favorite and everyone always begs my mom to make it for Christmas dessert. In the past few years, I have taken over the tradition and will love to continue baking it for many years to come!
Ingredients:
1 cup Karo Light Corn Syrup
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1-1/2 cups pecans
1 (9-inch) unbaked deep-dish pie crust
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix corn syrup, eggs, sugar, butter and vanilla using a spoon. Stir in
pecans. Pour filling into pie crust.
Bake on center rack of oven for 60 to 70 minutes. Cool for 2 hours
before serving.
From art director Mandy Keener:

If I baked…I would totally make these: {Salted Caramel Dark Chocolate Cookies from Sally’s Baking Addiction}
