Callie Bullock, owner of soft furnishings studio Draped & Tailored, has opened her first workroom since starting her business a year and a half ago. The 1,300-square-foot studio in midtown Little Rock has a small showroom where clients and designers can see examples in person, feel textile samples, and “discuss all of the custom possibilities,” Callie says.
This new step also means she has additional space to fabricate draperies, shades, pillows, bedding, and more. “I’m now able to table panels over 20 feet long, and I’m already working at an increased level of efficiency.” In addition, Callie plans to host a series of training workshops where she can educate designers about different pleat styles, pillow and cushion inserts, and lining options, among other relevant topics.
Draped & Tailored is open to-the-trade by appointment only at 2 Van Circle, Suite 2. instagram.com/drapedandtailored
