For some, the combination of red, blue and yellow immediately brings to mind the decor of a kindergarten classroom. But interior designer Laura Bartell wasn’t afraid to use the primary palette in this living room. The homeowners’ love of yellow, blue and white was apparent but needed something to warm the space, so Bartell used modern art, an oriental rug and touches of red to complete the cheery palette.
