It’s nearly time for spring break, and with this warm weather we’ve been enjoying, no need to escape further south this year…instead, let’s have a backyard party!
Take a seat poolside for the day at this gorgeous oasis at the home of Robert and Martha Ellen Erwin, taking dips in the pool designed by Brooks Pool Co. and enjoying the tropical gardens created by landscape designer Chris Olsen (who shares his garden ideas on our blog regularly).
Time for a little refreshment? Saunter over to the cabana, where some of artist Martha Ellen’s works are displayed. Pull up a teak chair (from Ken Rash’s Arkansas, which has a wonderful blog of its own with lots of outdoor living ideas).
And enjoy the tropical getaway!
For a bit more R&R, lounge in style poolside on Woodard chaises (also from Ken Rash’s Arkansas)…siesta time, perhaps?
