Valentine’s Dinner: Feb. 12-13

On the prix fixe menu for Friday and Saturday nights are a line-up of chef’s favorites not found on the everyday menu. “The red wine poached pear is going to be beautiful,” chef Payne Harding says. “It’s paired with blue cheese and pecans.”

After the soup of the day, choice of appetizer, and main course of surf and turf of halibut, don’t forget to save room for dessert! Cache’s Warm Chocolate Cake is a favorite. 

Valentine’s Day Brunch: Feb. 14
