If you are in the know, then this will come as no surprise…In December, Pantone announced their color of the year predictions for 2013.
Along with these color predictions, they select one color in particular to be awarded with the honor of Color of the Year. This year it was Emerald.

I’m sure that most of you know that Emerald is not one of my go-to colors. However, after reading about this ‘gem’ of a color, I am seeing it in things I adore everywhere!
