This fully remodeled kitchen is taking center stage this week for our “Room of the Week” feature. The historic Fayetteville home, designed by Dale Trice out of Florida, underwent an full interior and exterior renovation. Homeowner Bill Hardin had always admired the home, so he knocked on the door and was able to learn the full history, even get the original blueprints and soon he was moving in. For the small kitchen they replaced the dated cabinets with a free standing shelf and a stainless steel island. These features along with subway tile walls give the new kitchen a spare, industrial feel. A huge difference from the “before” photo! Find more before photos of the rest of the home and read the full story online here or find a copy of the new May issue on newsstands now.
