Well, as promised, here’s a look at the interior “before” images of The Howse House renovation. As a reminder, this 4,800 square foot house is undergoing a complete renovation and will soon be 5,000 square feet of living space with a whole new look inside and out.

As you can see the main living areas are all closed off from one another, so opening up the main level is a must. Construction is in full swing, so the interior demo shots are up next. Walls are coming down and so much more!
Next up is exterior paint & demo. The brick will be painted Sherwin Williams Amazing Gray, which we can’t wait to see. The exterior shutters will be in Sherwin Williams Black Fox. That will be such a great contrast and will give this house the updated curb appeal it needs.
