Homeowner Bill Hardin came back to the neighborhood where he grew up to find this historic Fayetteville home, which he renovated with the design guidance and expertise of Dale Trice of Florida. In the living room, pleated linen draperies recede against the soft white walls. A pearlized paint finish highlights the room’s original millwork, which was also left intact during the renovation. The French painting of a jazz musician is from Boswell Mourot Fine Art. “Mr. Hardin has a very keen eye for design,” says Trice, “he wanted the interiors to feel updated; not necessarily modern or traditional, but somewhere in the middle.” Find more before photos of the rest of the home and read the full story online here or find a copy of the May issue on newsstands.
