As in the world of fashion, animal prints will add a punch of sophistication in any design plan. Whether you mix several different animal prints in the same color palette ,create a room full of texture and depth by mixing the textiles together such as a velvet leopard and a linen tiger both in the same color family. You will always add depth and interest with these primitive inspired motifs. I like to add whimsy to a neutral palatte by adding animal prints that have a hint of an accent color. There are animal prints available in a varied array of fabrics The color ways have also broadened in the last few years. The days of “brown and black” only is passe. Start thinking out of the box and bring in a brightly colored animal
print on an ottoman or a bench in your entry. Add something unexpected with an animal print and you will enjoy it for years to come!!!
As in the fashion industry if you own something with a good quality animal print on it you will be able to relocate the item within your home for a pleasing change!!
